The official description names the Forest Territory. The playable groups are ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, ShadowClan, rogues and loners at the barn, and kittypets at Twolegplace. Fourtrees, Snakerocks, Sunningrocks, the Thunderpath, and the Moonstone are forest landmarks. Do not rename this map Lake Territory. That title is a different Roblox sequel.
Unlock teleports by walking
Open Clans and Map from the first button on the bottom options bar. At the start you can teleport to the barn and Twolegplace. Entering a Clan's territory unlocks that Clan in Starpedia and unlocks its camp teleport. Two short words sit above each group icon. Those words are the game's own summary of the group. Read them in the menu instead of guessing a motto.

How the four territories differ
ThunderClan is forest. Snakerocks sits deep in it and is a common herb landmark. Sunningrocks is a documented moss spot. Twolegplace sits beside ThunderClan behind a rock wall.
RiverClan follows the water. The gorge is the border current with WindClan: a cliff on the WindClan side, caves, a tunnel, and small waterfalls. A Twoleg mansion near this side is documented as not enterable, with catmint in front of it.
WindClan is open moor, purple heather, and few trees. Outlook Rock is a boulder pile with a flat stone facing the forest. The barn and the road toward Mothermouth and the Moonstone are close. Starpedia calls the Owl Tree an oak with an owl "coming soon." Do not treat a labeled oak as a finished owl encounter.
ShadowClan is marsh, reeds, ponds, and pines, with abandoned dens. The Thunderpath is the road between ShadowClan and ThunderClan. Monsters that used to cross it have been removed. A tunnel under the road is the ShadowClan route toward Fourtrees. The Burnt Sycamore, a leafless black tree near the road, is a yarrow and cobweb landmark. Carrionplace is a Starpedia teleport and a catmint and cobweb site.
Shared ground
Fourtrees is a hollow between WindClan, RiverClan, and ThunderClan. Four large oaks stand at the corners and the Great Rock is in the center. A smaller stone beside it is commonly used as a medicine-cat seat. ShadowClan reaches it by crossing ThunderClan, often through the Thunderpath tunnel. Other documented entries are the bridge near RiverClan and a log over the river toward ThunderClan. Starpedia's WindClan section can teleport there after the entry is unlocked. In the books this is the monthly full-moon gathering. In game it is the shared meeting ground.
Mothermouth is the cave past the road by WindClan. It leads to the Moonstone.
Sandy Hollow, Fourtrees, the Gorge, and Carrionplace are named Starpedia teleports. The list is longer than those four. Unlock a page by visiting, then use its teleport instead of a pinned map from 2020 through 2023. That old herb map was retired when spawns moved.
